Leaf Street was established in 2003 ,I became a mum and wanted to build a business that would work around my family, I started making various crafts and selling them at Craft Fairs which led on to selling in peoples homes, I was always being told that I should have a shop which was a pipe dream really, but one day just after I had my third child my husband noticed a shop to let in my favourite independent shopping street. My husband said go for it and he gave me the confidence to go for it and I did !!!! Twelve years on and my children growing up I am still in my little shop, on my favourite Street, Loving what I do. I have always loved finding different items and meeting the very clever people that make them, and then being able to showcase them in Leaf Street. 
Being an independent shop I believe enables us to offers the shopping experience  that people remember and enjoy, and hope that this continues for many a year to come !!
